Natalie Fisher, Corporate Finance Associate
Hardy Transaction Management Limited, an independent firm of Corporate Finance Lead Advisors which specialises in advising on the sale and purchase of engineering, manufacturing and IT service companies, is delighted to announce that Natalie Fisher has been recruited to join its team based in Sheffield.
Born and educated in Sheffield, Natalie is experienced in all aspects of corporate finance from acquisitions and disposals to management buy-outs and fundraising.
Paul Hardy, who founded Hardy Transaction Management Ltd in 2003 after a successful industrial career which included the £111m mbo of Mettis Group and numerous UK and US corporate transactions, commented:
