Hardy Transaction Management Ltd. is an independent firm of Corporate Finance Lead Advisors which specialises in advising on the sale or purchase of engineering and manufacturing businesses in the sub £10m range.

Our sector expertise is the product of many years of transactions completed both as principals in our own engineering companies, and as advisers with HTML.

Family Companies

Engineering companies are often family companies. We spend a lot of time working with family shareholders to help them sell their companies either to their management in a MBO, or to a sympathetic buyer.

Engineering Groups

We also help engineering groups to buy or sell subsidiaries. We have worked for UK and US engineering groups, both listed and private, completing a number of aquisitions and disposals for them. We have also worked for VCs on the disposal of their engineering investments.
